What are the lease terms, and do you offer flexible options?
We offer 12 month lease terms at Le Jaime Apartments. Contact our leasing office to learn more about our lease options!
Do you allow pets, and what are the pet policies?
Le Jaime Apartments, an F&F Properties community, is pet-friendly!
We allow dogs and cats regardless of weight or breed with an additional deposit of $250 and $55 monthly pet fee.
What amenities are available in the community?
Le Jaime Apartments offers access to upscale amenities that encompass relaxation, comfort, and convenience. With private outdoor patios, an outdoor community lounge, and energy-efficient features, every aspect of our apartment homes has been carefully curated to enhance your lifestyle.
How do I apply for an apartment, and is there an application fee?
View our floor plans to start your apartment search and application process online, or schedule a tour to visit us in person! We require a $35 application fee.
How do I pay rent, and what payment methods are accepted?
Rent payments can easily be made through our online Resident Portal, which can be found under the Residents tab on our website.
We accept ACH, debit, and credit card payments, as well as money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks.
Please note that our system does not accept AMEX.
Do you allow subletting or have any rules on guests?
We welcome your guests to our community; however, subletting is prohibited.
What is the security deposit, and how is it handled at move-out?
The security deposit is determined based on the strength of the application, including income and credit, and typically ranges from half a month’s rent up to a full month’s rent.
At move-out, a final inspection is conducted to assess the condition of the unit. The deposit may be applied toward any cleaning, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or outstanding balances. An itemized statement will be provided following the inspection.
Do you perform background and credit checks?
Yes. As a part of our application process, all applicants must provide a valid Social Secruity number to complete a credit and background screening.
Our rental criteria includes, but is not limited to:
- Identity verification
- Credit history report
- Income verification
- Holding deposit
- Pet criteria and applicable deposits
How do I request maintenance, and what is the response time?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online Resident Portal or by contacting the leasing office. Our team responds as quickly as possible, with priority given to urgent issues.
For emergencies, please contact the emergency maintenance number listed in your lease.
What is the neighborhood like?
The neighborhood surrounding our luxury apartments in Clairemont is filled with plenty of parks, recreational areas, and local attractions for you to explore. Enjoy spending time outdoors at Clairemont Town Square, or take a short drive to some of San Diego's famous beaches, like Mission Beach and Pacific Beach—perfect for weekend relaxation or outdoor activities.
Do you allow smoking on the property?
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the resident experience, smoking—including e-cigarettes and vaping devices—is not permitted in any indoor spaces or outdoor common areas, including within individual apartment homes.
